We start with what the site is for. If it is meant to get the phone ringing, we build around the phone ringing, not around a homepage carousel that nobody scrolls past.
You see the design before we build it, so you can change your mind while changing your mind is still cheap.
If something breaks after launch, you email us and we fix it. You will not be quoted for a support retainer to get a typo corrected.
