A leak does not wait for a convenient morning.
Your Business handles blocked drains, burst pipes, broken boilers, dripping taps and the jobs that start small and get worse if you leave them alone. Tell us what you can see and hear, and we will tell you whether it needs someone today or whether it can safely wait.
You get a price before we start. If we open something up and the job turns out bigger than it looked, we stop and talk to you first. Nothing goes on the bill without you agreeing to it.
We turn up in a marked van, we take our boots off at the door, and we clear up after ourselves before we go. If a part has to be ordered in, we tell you how long it will take, not just that we will be in touch at some point.
