By accessing and using Red Hot Leads, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this service.
While your subscription is active, you may use the pages, ads and content we create for you to promote your own business. This is a license to use them, not a transfer of ownership: you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute our templates or designs, or use them for another business.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not use our service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws. You may not use our templates to create misleading, fraudulent, or spam content.
All templates, designs, and content provided through Red Hot Leads are the intellectual property of our company. You receive a license to use them but do not own the underlying designs.
All fees are non-refundable — monthly subscription fees, one-time purchases, and any unused part of a billing period. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made. This does not affect any refund applicable law requires us to give.
Red Hot Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service.
